Term: 2-year term (May 2028)
Occupation: Real Estate Developer at President Denmark Corp.
Background: 25+ years of experience in all aspects of real estate development, including completion of Phases II & III of The Keep. Past President of The Keep HOA as Declarant. 2 years on the Orchard Hills HOA board in Greenwood Village. Serves on multiple metro district boards. Was instrumental in constructing and stocking the Keep pond with trout, initiated the beetle kill mitigation plan and noxious weed program, and coordinated both with local and state agencies.
Statement: Building his home in The Keep and wants to continue to serve the community now as a homeowner rather than a developer. Brings extensive experience and institutional knowledge specific to this community. Motivated by maintaining and growing property values and continuing The Keep’s history within Douglas County.

Statement: Desires to see the beautiful land be used and protected as the gem it is. Wants to see all the trails that have been planned for decades finally be installed so residents can use them. Add in some historical value in addition to prior background in commercial property management.
